I was stunned and my world stopped for a moment
I got a smack on the lips which I really didn’t expect
When I ask you why, you simply said that you love me
My eyes widened and that really surprised me
I was kind of flattered when I learned that I also crossed your mind
And that I got you thinking about me every time
But then suddenly somebody just poked me
I opened my eyes and learned that it wasn’t a reality
I really couldn’t grasp why I was dreaming about you
So I thought to myself maybe you like me too
Oh! Did I just say “too”? Does this mean that I like you?
Maybe I was just being unconscious about the feeling
I coudn’t discern why you’re always on the back of my mind hiding
I laughed and just couldn’t believe that in my brain you found a niche
You’re like a little bug in there that I need to feed
I just wish that in turn your heart also left a space for me to breathe
